정확한 명칭은 derma patches네요.

뒤에 붙은 설명에서 알 수 있듯 피부에 붙여서 
거의 만능치료효과를 내는 의약품입니다.
기계에서 손쉽게 찍어낼(print) 수 있고요.

cut a deal 계약, 거래, 약속, 협상을 하다
make a deal과 같은 뜻입니다.
cut이라서 취소하다인 줄 알았는데 아니더군요.
